Alan Braxe is one the key figures in the French electronic music scene. He got his start back in the mid-1990s, working in Paris. His nickname is a variant of Brax, a region in France where QuĂȘme used to live. Braxe's debut single, "Vertigo" came out in 1997. It became a hit thanks to the "Virgo Edit" of the song, which was co-produced with Bangalter. He formed a record label Vulture Music, and continued to release hit singles, including "Rubicon" in 2004.
"Omega Man" is a track made by Alan Braxe's main side kick Fred Falke, it is one of the most relaxing tracks ever made.
"Chrystal City" is a track made by Alan Braxe and Fred Falke, originally given to me by my dear frend over at lxmx.net (Filipe) - great memories and times.
There are albums that shape one's tastes and influences. When my cousin came to me in mid 1999 and gave me as a birthday present Cassius' new album "1999", as a 12 year old i had no idea the impact that this masterpiece of French House would have upon the music that i was to listen to throughout highschool. This French duo Zdar and Boombass are incredible. With that said, i have to post two tracks that have kept me sane and insane over the past 6 years of my life.
"Crazy Legs" - Cassius
"La Mouche" - Cassius
